Oliver Commercial Group’s Construction Management division applies effective management techniques to the planning, design and construction of commercial projects in Central Oregon. From a building’s inception to completion, controlling time, cost and quality promotes the successful execution of capital projects for owners.

Comprehensive management of every stage of the project, starting with the original concept and project definition, yields the greatest possible benefit to owners from our construction management services. Our construction managers augment the owner’s staff with pre-planning, design, construction, engineering and management expertise that can assure the best possible project outcome.

The construction manager is responsible exclusively to the owner and acts in the owner’s interest at every stage of the project, supporting the owners with a proven strategy and offering insight and advice on vital matters such as optimum of available funds, control of the scope of work, efficient use of design and construction firms’ skills and talents, avoidance of delays, changes and disputes and flexibility in contracting and procurement.

Falling under the scope of construction management are tenant improvements and speculative build-outs. During the transition to occupancy, Oliver Commercial Group’s construction management team coordinates the building shell to final usable space through the tenant improvement process. Oliver Commercial Group works with tenants to produce a functional and personalized office space tailored to their needs; and with landlords to create versatile speculative built-out space ready for any tenant to occupy.
