Patrick founded Oliver Commercial Group in 1976. A graduate of Portland State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration; he became a licensed real estate broker in 1972. Patrick specializes in all aspects of the commercial and industrial real estate service since 1976. He presently manages the largest portfolio of industrial and commercial properties in the Bend area. After three decades in Central Oregon, Patrick is a prominent member and resource for the community; he currently sits on the City of Bend’s Planning Commission helping to shape the future of Central Oregon.

Amy joined the company in December of 1997. She currently leads the asset management and development services divisions. As the top Asset Manager in Central Oregon, Amy defines market needs, conducts financial analysis, and develops tailored success strategies for owners and investors. Additionally, Amy coordinates leasing, construction management and tenant improvement build-outs. She sits on the Blue Ribbon Committee with the City of Bend, making recommendations and advising the City on how to make the permit process smoother. Amy is a Bend native and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington.

Amy Cecil currently leads the Oliver Commercial Group property and asset management team, and since 2001 has been instrumental in building the division. Before joining Oliver Commercial Group she was an accounting manager for a local internet company. She has established a preferred status with vendors that results in significant financial benefits and her strong tenant retention rate positively impacts the value of her clients’ assets. Amy, a University of Oregon graduate, currently manages over 750,000 square feet of commercial property in Central Oregon.

Ryan joined Oliver Commercial Group, along side his father and sister, in December of 2006 after returning to his native Bend after ten years away. Ryan’s studied business at the University of Washington and history at Montana State University.  Ryan, a licensed broker, is active in all types of leasing and enjoys finding the right fit for tenants and landlords. He also focuses on investment sales, owner/user opportunities, and land acquisitions.  Ryan is happy to be back in Central Oregon to enjoy all outdoor activities and events that are offered here. Both Ryan and his wife Brie, a nurse for Deschutes County Health Department, spend each day with the intention of positive growth for the Central Oregon region.
